RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jessi Jayne. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Orders Over $150 qualify for FREE shipping. Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below $150, free shipping does not apply.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the 4680 postcode.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
For the security and tracking of your parcel, we mark all shipments as requiring a "Signature on Delivery".
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Jessi Jayne ships to addresses/ PO Boxes within the Australian borders.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Jessi Jayne is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
jessijayne.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you are not happy with your purchase before 14 days from the purchase date, Jessi Jayne will reimburse the full amount paid when purchased. After 14 days from the date of purchase, exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error, such as an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact customer service with your date of product delivery, order number, and product. If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different item, please contact our customer service for authorisation and return the original product for a full refund (minus shipping cost) once approval is granted. We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges. You do not need to wait for approval before placing any new orders. Please note returns and exchanges may require up to 10 working days to process.
You may email our customer care team within 5 hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation.
